Exchanges
For eligible products for exchanges, we have a 14-day exchange policy. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange, contact us at info@chambre535.com with your order number and instructions on where to send your return. You may use the original mailer bag - you are responsible for the return shipping fee and tracking. Once your item is received, inspected and approved for return, you will receive the eligible credit amount on a gift voucher sent to your email address on file.
